I suspect that some sort of atmospheric plasma phenomenon, (quite possibly artificially induced), is responsible for the damage to the turbine. The collective electromagnetic field of the dynamos on this wind farm may have somehow entrained a large electromagnetic discharge from the ionosphere. If the experimental aircraft that was deployed uses some sort of advanced electromagnetic propulsion system, it may have been disrupted by the fields of the generators.
