why BlackBerry and Iphone are the worst risk out of all phones for brain cancer.
The reason is due to the cell phone SAR Radiation Ratings. Sar Stands for : Specific Absorption Rate, which is a measurement of RF energy absorbed by the body when using a mobile phone. Most phones average SAR around 0.8. However newer smart phones use more powerful frequencies to transmit due to more Internet requirements. Of concern is the Iphone 3g which has a highish SAR rating around 1.3 and most new Blackberry models like the curve and Bold which are near the FCC limit of 1.6W.
So the higher the SAR rating of your phone, combined with the longer you use it, increases your exposure and thus increases your cancer risk from dangerous RF energy. New reports say that infact RF energy from cell phones doubles the risk of brain cancer . As it takes up to 10-15 years to develop these brain cancers, its only now people are seeing the effects and for the younger generation sadly the worst is yet to come...
So ... what can we do ..?
1) Well first check out the SAR rating of your phone
2) If you do have Iphone or blackberry don't freak out ... use a special anti-radiation headset like the Rf3 (normal headsets wouldn't do it - the wire in them is just like an antenna sending radiation directly into the head). The RF3 is great and I'm using one on my Iphone now.
3) Try and disable 3G mode if not using it all the time - 3g emits unnecessary high energy frequencies to transmit.
4) Try and use speaker phone as much as possible.
5) Try and pressure cell phone manufacturers to make a low sar phone with an antenna - if the demand is there the product will come!
NO SHIT! Some people think I'm making it up when I say that I can't talk with my iPhone 3GS by my head longer than 20 SECONDS.
Then I start to feel very ugly feeling in the side of my head the iPhone was close to.
Because of that, I only use the thing to send email over 3G internet, and only rarely.
The further from a tower the higher the output power...this is radiation at microwave frequency...deadly!
GOD help us all when the real truth comes out about these devices, but hey it'll probably be another 20 years. Just like smokes were considered safe and so on the truth comes out in the end. AND people STILL smoke, jeez.
I have always been VERY sensitive to cell phones, the brain is this mysterious miraculous thing and we really want to mess with it? no no let's pause and stop this nonsense.
I don't even own a microwave and trust me with a fam of 2 boys, a husband and me who works nights it's a bear. I have always been sensitive to those.
Call me crazy call me what u will but we have to listen to our bodies when they react to things.
Headaches, dizziness whatever pay attention to your body's signals
Let them die. Anyone who is still SO fucking stupid as to believe cell phones have no health effects DESERVES what's coming to them.
The world SOMEHOW survived without cell phones up until the 90s, we can manage.
It is not just brain tumors they cause cancer anywhere, that is why you arent supposed to put them in your pockets either.

If you really want to freak out just measure what a cell tower puts out for signal and strength with a spectrum analyzer. WOW HOLY @##%.
