I live in Bucharest, Drumul Taberei, where the video was shot, didnlt observe any ufos in that might but I can tell my mom saw once some strange objects moving irregularly during a thunderstorm 2 years ago in winter (which never happens in this season), so it could be some tie between thunders and ufos.
And I gotta say I saw myself once some very strange coloured lightnings with no sound after some clouds for about an hour on the sky, and the next day I read an article in a newspaper about soem ufos seen by people living in the neighbourhood. Lightnings again.
