On 7/14/2009 at around 1:30, I was looking at the moon with my video camera. I wa practicing my zoom skills on my camera(it has a 2000x zoom). AS I was looking at the LCD panel I noticed 3 bright orbs in a line directly to the right of the moon. The top being the brightest. The 3 orbs changed color and brightness. The lower 2 actually disappearing individually and reappearing. I started to film them. I filmed for about 2 min. I stopped recording to try to adjust the tripod but when I went to refocus in I couldn't get it to focus clearly(some cloud cover). I was very excited to see and capture these orb. At first, I wasn't sure I was really seeing it. My son came out and witnessed what I was filming and was equally excited. After I uploaded the video and had a chance to really look at it further, I notices that there is something else moving on the moon area towards the top right by a crater.

The WHO raised its influenza pandemic alert to the highest level on June 11 in response to the worldwide spread of H1N1, a newly discovered virus strain commonly known as swine flu.

Pablo: Yes Giovanna’s case is a little particular because some elements of her case are classic, the aspect of her strange fetus has been seen very rarely. There’s been cases of women who have found to have a very strange fetus inside them and then they would faint at the sight of the fetus and once they awoke the fetus was gone. This has been analyzed and it becomes very florescent so it must contain phosphorous. But it doesn’t. it’s been analyzed in an institute in Bologna and the powder doesn’t contain any substances that are reflecting in nature. It has a very particular structure. The electrons of this powder have been so to say excited or modified by a very strong magnetic field. Nothing that Giovanna might have. These things aren’t found in houses.

Asked about these aliens she anwer, they are a race that cannot reproduce itself anymore due to genetic problems they are here because we are the most compatible race, in fact the only race they know of that are compatible with them, because we have in ourselves many alien different DNA parts. Some of which are compatible with their, we are the only chance for them to not go extinct.
They are preparing a Hibrid human race , in one of the video she say someting a bit disturbing "we have only 2 year left" she not comment more about this.
Asked about where they are she said they are here, they come from far away and they are not going away, they have bases both on the earth on the moon and probably other planets.
Then she show the TAC about his brain, which show an implant in the center of his brain, she say they placed this metallic capsule in his brain with an instrument from his nose, she show also other photo taken by her and a friend after one of the abduction, which show signs of chirurgy, and the white substance they use when they touch her.

Policeman chases 3 Tall beings near crop circle Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, England 7th July,2009
While unexplained Phenomena Alert Level at max level 10. A very significant event has occurred within the Alert date period and also the defined location: i.e.: 7th July 2009, Silbury Hill, Wiltshire, England. Crop Circle located south west of the hill off theA4 highway.
The latest bizarre event took place yesterday morning (7th) at approximately 5.0 AM, when a Wiltshire Police Sergeant was driving in his private car towards Marlborough on the A4 highway and about to pass Silbury Hill on his left.
He looked to his right and witnessed three exceptionally tall beings inspecting the new crop circle which appeared there on the 5th July. He stopped his vehicleand watched them for several minutes because they stood out as odd. Each of them were well over six feet tall, each had blond hair and also they all were wearing one piece white suites, with hoods that had been dropped onto the back of their heads.
After a few minutes watching them, he said they were appeared to be examining the crop in the circle, he shouted at them from a distance of about 400 yards but they ignored him.
As soon as he entered the field, they became aware of him and ran at an amazing speed to the south, away from Silbury Hill. He said I recognised that I could never catch up with them they ran so exceptionally fast. He glanced away for just a few seconds and looked back to find that they had completely vanished. He became very uneasy and left the scene.
The police officer was very aware of hearing a static crackling sound in the field and around him. He said as the plants moved around, he could see the movement coincided with the level of sound, as if the static was effecting the plants by moving them.
He also started to experience a headache in the field, which became worse as the day went on and he could not shake it off all day.
According to another eyewitness who lives near by Silbury Hill " He also saw helicopter hovering over a field on the same day later on at 9 pm till 11 pm ."
He said: I took some vid footage of it but light wasn't good,but managed to take a couple of photos with flash that came out well.For some reason it was stationary above a field shining a spot light down on it?After I took a couple of photos of it,it shone the light on me and then turned it off!still hovering for about 10 min above me and about 50 meters in front of me.It then started to fly in a circle around the field about 3 times.
The reason I went up to have a look is with the recent crop circles near swindon i thought might be something in that field and i was told last night that 3 police cars roared up through my village towards the direction it was with their lights flashing but sirens off at 9 pm.
According to another eyewitness who live in Bath which is not that far from Silbury Hill and Stone Henge. " I drive past Stone Henge on my way to the A303 heading for London when i am working there. Usually i have to be in London for around 8:30am so i have to leave Bath at around 5am."
Anyway it was the summer solstice a couple of weeks back and the normal "fake" druids appeared at the Henge to do their made up chanting. It was all covered by the local and national news and as per usual looked like a bit of a media fiasco which nobody really takes seriously.
3 days after the Solstice i made the journey to London and drove past Stone Henge at around 5:30am. I slowed down to get a good look at the stones as i normally do because they are quite an amazing sight that early in the morning and with no tourists about. Standing inside the henge were around 15 - 25 people all dressed in robes which were not quite black, kind of a charcoal colour. They were all in a circle looking towards the center and they were all very tall. It really was a very uncomfortable sight and one which i found a bit strange because the solstice was 3 days previous.
Tamiflu No Help for Pandemic H1N1 as Drug-Resistant three new case of swine flu found July 8, 2009
Tamiflu has been the main stockpiled drug to be used for treatment and prevention of pandemic influenza. Countries like India, China, Brazil already already ordered millions of doges of Tamiflu drug. But they don't know they are just sitting on billions of stockpiled useless drug against H1N1 prevention.
As latest case swine flu - a form of influenza Type A, subtype H1N1 - is capable of not only developing drug resistance but also spreading between humans in that resistant form, said Dr. Arthur Reingold, professor at UC Berkeley School of Public Health.
The World Health Organization identified the teenager's virus as Tamiflu resistant Tuesday, one of three cases the organization has identified in the past two weeks.
What is worrying some is that one of the cases of resistance occurred in a woman in Hong Kong who had not been treated with the drug. In the other two cases, the patients had been given the drug as a preventive measure, according to Dr. Keiji Fukuda of WHO.
All of this makes predicting what influenza will do a "dangerous game," according to Marc Lipsitch of the Harvard School of Public Health.
Even if it turns out that a resistant strain has been transmitted from one person to another, "it could be an unlucky, one-off event, and we need to watch and see how much more it spreads.
And even if that's not so, it will take a while for resistance to become widespread, Lipsitch said.
"The use of oseltamivir will continue to have benefits for quite a while, because there are so many more drug-sensitive cases out there than drug-resistant ones," he said, "and we would expect it to be months at least -- maybe more -- before a resistant strain became a majority of cases."
July 7, 2009 : ASTRONOMERS are claiming that Earth is witnessing the biggest and most powerful Sunspot ever seen and the sunspot is yet to peak in intensity.
A sunspot is a magnetic storm on the surface of the sun and the area of the spot is colder than the normal surface.The normal surface is about 5000 degrees, the temperature of a sunspot is about 3000 degrees.
The size of a sunspot varies, ranging from the size of the moon to 100 times larger than the size of earth and lasts for about a month then fades away.
This newest sunspot is thought to be 100 times the size of Earth and has occurred on the side of the sun, which is in view of Australia.
Wappa Falls Observatory head astronomer Owen Bennedick describes the sunspot shape like the letter S and thinks it to be approximately 150,000 km long and 30,000 km wide.

The bottom line is that a crop circle predicted a sunspot/solar flare on July 7, 2009 and that not one person on Earth can predict or know that ahead of time. The fact that the sunspot was seen even look similar to crop circle , and a POSSIBLE c-class flare may happen, is personally enough for us. we do not care who/what is sending these messages -- I believe they are important.
We think before people start stating things as facts, and calling people crazy for considering alternative methods of communication, they should start looking at all the crazy, but possibly nonetheless TRUE, ideas that they believe.

Nancy Talbott, accomplished Crop Circle researcher with BLT Research, has announced the plans of National Geographic and Zig Zag Productions to produce a documentary of which they asked BLT Research to be part.
However, Nancy’s past experience with a former 2005 Crop Circle documentary from National Geographic, lead her to ask for critical restrictions on the film’s release stressing she wanted to insure the data presented in the final cut would be“fair and unbiased.”
On June 24, 2009, Nancy received a phone call from Mr. Tom Barry,London-based filmmaker with the production, stating :
“Nat. Geo. had refused to provide a written statement that the new film would provide an unbiased approach to the phenomenon or the BLT work...”
She said : members of the Crop Circle community are concerned this new documentary will attempt to further compromise the integrity and authenticity of the incredible Crop Circle phenomenon.

In 1974, American documentary producer, Robert Emenegger, was asked by the Republican Party to produce a film about UFOs, using only official, government people and files. He was promised footage of an actual ‘flying saucer’ landing that had occurred at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico back in 1964.
His film was made and given the title of UFOs: Past, Present and Future.
Unfortunately, the promised footage was never forthcoming, but Emenegger had shot the dramatized parts of the segment beforehand (air force officers answering telephones, emergency trucks driving around, that kind of thing). These would have been used as inserts into the actual landing footage. What he was forced to do instead was use paintings of the alien craft and the meeting that occurred with its occupants.
A few years later, in 1976, the documentary was re-released as UFOs: It Has Begun and again in 1979 (no doubt to cash in on the success of the Steven Spielberg smash-hit movie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind), with additional material added from French ufologist Jacques Vallee and sections concerned with animal mutilations.
Did the meeting at Holloman AFB actually occur, or was it a ruse, a piece of misinformation with which to taint Emenegger’s otherwise excellent documentary? Rumors abound that Emenegger actually saw the footage for himself, yet in an interview for a History Channel program, he said that he asked about the footage at Wright-Patterson AFB, but he did not elaborate on whether he was shown it or not. It was all very hazy, murky and confusing.
Nevertheless, the stories that a meeting between top US military officials and representatives from an alien race actually did take place in 1964 persist to this day.

Last month a 600 ft jellyfish crop circle had appeared in a barley field in Kingstone Coombes, Oxfordshire, in what is one of the most intriguing crop circles ever seen in Britain.
After carefully studying its pattern its resembles to earth Magnetosphere and small circles shows symbol of eclipse.The new crop picture shows also seven eclipse symbols in its central tail (white numbers 1 to 7), as well as seven streamers hanging off below (yellow numbers 1 to 7):
Both of those features suggest that a solar storm may impact Earth on July 7, 2009, as has already been suggested by several other crop pictures from April or May (see bishopcannings or roundway2).
The new crop picture also shows a small, horizontal, four-circle band just between its head and its long tail (blue arrows, left or right above). That feature closely resembles a crop picture from July 20, 2008 which told us about eclipses (see time2007x). The galaxy crop pictures of 1994 displayed Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and the Moon in the constellation Cetus, exactly where they would appear on April 6-7, 2000. When that date finally arrived, the Earth encountered a very powerful solar storm, and an aurora borealis was seen across many European or American countries, much further south than would normally be the case. Some wonder whether those crop pictures were trying to tell us, that something important would be happening to our Sun on that night?
It seems beyond coincidence. It also seems to show that the intelligences behind those crop pictures have the power of premonition.

"I'm certainly not saying that it was something of another world. All I'm saying is that I have never seen anything like it before in all my years of flying."
The sightings were confirmed by passengers Kate and John Russell. John, 74, said: "I saw an orange light. It was like an elongated oval."
The sightings were also confirmed by an unnamed pilot with the Blue Islands airline. The Civil Aviation Authority safety notice states that a Tri-Lander aircraft flying close to Alderney spotted the object.

After UK, Denmark, Sweden now The Uruguayan Air Force (FAU) high command has declassified its files and allowed EL PAIS (The National Newspaper) to access its UFO records and eyewitness accounts.. While the Air Force commission that studies these cases has been operating for only a few decades, the UFO phenomenon in Uruguay began in 1947, and continues a rich history of seeing UFOs, according to Col. Ariel Sanchez, an Air Force officer with 33 years of active service and who presides over the UFO commission. The agency operates out of a small office in downtown Montevideo and has a computer database and print archives.
There are hundreds of files in green binders under the heading “Confidential”, containing eyewitness accounts, photographs, sketches, drawings, documents and evaluations made by officials. The files consist of reports that accrue at a rate of 100 cases per year with 2100 solid reports the commission has researched and dismissed many for various reasons. Thirty years after research began, forty cases remain unexplained. These files have been kept open, and range from sightings and landings of alleged craft to abductions, where people claim to have been kidnapped by extraterrestrial entities.
The military commission’s task is to compile a record of cases and draft guidelines or conclusions regarding their veracity and origin. They have obtained solid results: “The commission managed to determine modifications to the chemical composition of the soil where landings were reported. It could be a phenomenon that occurs in the lower sectors of the atmosphere, the landing of aircraft from a foreign air force, up to the extraterrestrial hypothesis. It could be a monitoring probe from outer space, much in the same way that we send probes to explore distant worlds,” stated the officer.
“The UFO phenomenon exists and I must stress that the Air Force does not dismiss an extraterrestrial hypothesis based on our scientific analysis,” said Col. Sanchez. The Uruguayan Air Force has now declassified all of its information and only the identity of the witnesses remains undisclosed. In a case in the Department of Durazno, a witness reported a UFO landing and soil analysis showed an increase in the values of minerals such as chrome, manganese, phosphorus and carbon, enabling researchers to conclude that the event had indeed been real.
In another case two reddish spheres, flew silently over the heads of two teamsters driving cattle. The objects moved at high speed in opposite directions and the vanished toward the west at high speed. UFOs are most likely to be seen in February, March, July and October in Uruguay. In February of 2009, the commission received numerous reports accompanied by digital photographs.
Unsolved cases have a considerable high strangeness quotient for example, the 1986, pursuit by two Pucara jet fighters over the Palmar Dam in response to the maneuvers of a luminous sphere. The pilots chased it and were about to intercept it, when the sphere flew off at a dizzying rate of speed toward Argentina. When the pilots returned to their base, the sphere reappeared over the dam. They chase it again and it vanished from sight, changing colors from red to yellow.
A similar case occurred to a group of military pilots in 1996, engaged in exercises over the Santa Bernardina Base in Durazno. They saw two luminous spheres at 10,000 feet (3,000 meters), whose presence was corroborated by the airport’s control tower. When the objects flew away, they maintained their shape and luminosity, which enabled the spherical shape to be confirmed. Minutes later, the pilots noticed their glow diminished, and only their outline was illuminated.
In 1979, a crew of a commercial airline was pursued by a powerful light that was photographed by passengers and remains unexplained. The Air Force also has visual reports of a dozen mutilated animals that may be related to Argentina, where 700 mutilated animals were found. FAU does not dismiss the possibility of an extraterrestrial event. Military statistics show that most people reporting sightings involve young men up to 45 years of age. They also indicate that cases occur in the early hours of the evening, 49% of statistics are made up of reports of luminous spheres; barely 2% include occupant sightings. Also several cases of the abduction of humans remain unexplained. One of them occurred in Playa Pascual in 1980 and involved a camper, who was suddenly taken by surprise by short beings who immobilized him and conveyed him to a vehicle, where he was subjected to a medical examination. Another “missing time” case involved a family that was driving along the road when an aircraft flew over their vehicle and landed in front of them. They were unable to account for what had occurred to them for several minutes.

Charges filed against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder
As the anticipated July release date for Baxter's A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.
Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.
The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the "bird flu" virus and the "swine flu virus" in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.
Burgermeister's charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.
In her April charges, she noted that Baxter's lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.
In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.
In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.
Burgermeister's dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.
She charges that the entire "swine flu" pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This "swine flu" is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.
WHO's claim that this "swine flu" is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed "swine flu" are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The "swine flu" does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.
Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the "swine flu" are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of "deaths" has been documented.
There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.
Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its "primary outcome measure" an "adverse events rate", thereby meeting the U.S. government's own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).
She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media controlled by the group that is engineering the "swine flu" agenda is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.
The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.
In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.
Using the "swine flu" as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

Secret UFO Being Tested Near Las Vegas,May 28, 2009
My name is Ben Woods and I have been published in both magazines and online as having access to where and when the USAF secretly test flies their Et disc. On a recent expedition taken May 28th we collected enough images to submit to the Star Impact Project. During this incident I was positioned at an observing location just outside of Las Vegas with a photographer and portable observatory. The photo camp includes 1 tracking camera, 1 Meade Lunar Planetary Imager placed into a 800mm tracking telescope and 1 3.2GHz CPU with 19 inch monitor. We waited until 5:30am which was the scheduled test time for the disc and when it was picked up by the tracking camera at about 5:35am we began collecting images. The disc has several unique flight characteristics that can be seen during the tests. The major "action or motion" that can be observed is hover flight. It also exhibits Zig Zag motion..nothing like conventional flight. I am available now to accomodate and discuss research objectives MUFON and SIP may have. I had contacted Mr. Carrion last month and he has been waiting for my information. Once I have been contacted through the email account I provided here I can send over my phone number. According to University of Colorado research team claims "the first definitive evidence of shorelines on Mars" in a statement released today.
The scientists see signs of "a deep, ancient lake," which would have implications for the potential for past life on Mars. Life as we know it requires water, and while Mars is dry now, if there was abundant water in the past -- as many studies have suggested -- then life would have been a possibility. There is, however, no firm evidence that life does or ever did exist on the red planet.
Researchers estimate the lake existed more than 3 billion years ago. It covered as much as 80 square miles and was up to 1,500 feet deep -- roughly the equivalent of Lake Champlain bordering the United States and Canada, said Gaetano Di Achille, who led the study out of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
The shoreline evidence, found along a broad delta, included a series of alternating ridges and troughs thought to be surviving remnants of beach deposits.
"This is the first unambiguous evidence of shorelines on the surface of Mars," Di Achille said. "The identification of the shorelines and accompanying geological evidence allows us to calculate the size and volume of the lake, which appears to have formed about 3.4 billion years ago."

Nasa scientists are preparing to launch a space mission from Cape Canaveral carrying a missile that will fire a hole deep in the surface of the moon.
The aim is to see whether any traces of water will be revealed by the disruption caused to the planet's surface. Nasa will analyse the space cloud caused by the explosion for any sign of water or vapour.
Scientists expect the impact to blast out a huge cloud of dust, gas and vaporized water ice at least 6 miles high - making it visible from Earth.
If the search is successful it could provide vital supplies for a moonbase. The moon is mostly dry desert but ice may be trapped in craters which never see sunlight.
But we think NASA already know whether there is water on the moon and this is merely some sort of covert mission to destroy something else up there!

Project Thor
Project Thor is an idea for a weapons system that launches kinetic projectiles from Earth orbit to damage targets on the ground. Jerry Pournelle originated the concept while working in operations research at Boeing in the 1950s before becoming a science-fiction writer.[1]
The most described system is 'an orbiting tungstentelephone pole with small fins and a computer in the back for guidance.' The weapon can be down-scaled as small as several meters long, an orbiting "crowbar" rather than a pole.
The time between deorbiting and impact would only be a few minutes, and depending on the orbits and positions in the orbits, the system would have a world-wide range. There is no requirement to deploy missiles, aircraft or other vehicles. Although the SALT II (1979) prohibited the deployment of orbital weapons of mass destruction, it did not prohibit the deployment of conventional weapons.
The weapon inflicts damage because it moves at orbital velocities, at least 9 kilometers per second. The amount of energy released by the largest version when it hits the ground is roughly comparable to a small nuclear weapon or very large conventional bomb. Smaller weapons can deliver measured amounts of energy as small as a 500 lb conventional bomb.
The "pole" shape is optimal because it enhances reentry and maximizes the device's ability to penetrate hard or buried targets. The larger device is expected to be quite good at penetrating deeply buried bunkers and other command and control targets. The smaller "crowbar" size might be employed for anti-armor, anti-aircraft, anti-satellite and possibly anti-personnel use.
The weapon would be very hard to defend against. It has a very high closing velocity and a small radar cross-section. Launch is difficult to detect. Any infra-red launch signature occurs in orbit, at no fixed position. The infra-red launch signature also has a small magnitude compared to a ballistic missile launch. One drawback of the system is that the weapon's sensors would almost certainly be blind during atmospheric reentry due to the plasma sheath that would develop ahead of it, so a mobile target could be difficult to hit if it performed any unexpected maneuvering.
While the larger version might be individually launched, the smaller versions would be launched from "pods" or "carriers" that contained several missiles.
The phrase "Rods from God" is also used to describe the same concept.
