An outlandish claim, full of juicy paranoia, but where is the link that the weapon was discharged at Haiti prior to the earthquake? Has anyone proven HAARP can do anything besides affect weather, cause electrical disturbances, or create interesting 3-D holograms in the sky? Come to think of it, can it do any of the above?
And one more thing, why use a doomsday-hyped weapon when the fear of it is enough to create hysteria in world leaders, like Chavez?

Paranoia? I'm sure the Venezuelan President has a bit more insight and knowledge than you do. We can have an online battle until we're both blue in the face. Do your research! The information is out there...you just need to sift through the bullshit. HAARP technology has been around for a long time.

The US just happened to be running some training drills prior to the earthquake.. Drills for what? You guessed it - natural disaster relief in Haiti. So, once again, we just happened to be running a training exercise immediately preceding a 'random' catastrophe. 9/11 7/7..
I can see how anyone could put 2 and 2 together- to arrive at this 'outlandish paranoid' claim.
