After UFO Disclosure by UK, Denmark, Sweden, Uruguay, Russia, and New Zealand government publishing its own x-files in public domain in next few weeks. And CIA disclosure document revealing that DIA Remote Viewers 'saw' Extraterrestrial on Saturn moon Titan.
According to document :
1. Considers it essential to set up a scientific center for the analysis and dissemination of the scientific data gathered to date by various European bodies and governments;
2. Calls for public archives on UFOs to be opened up and for records to be declassified by the Member States, thus providing the public and the mass media with access to the full range of documentation on the subject;
3. Instructs its President to forward this declaration, together with the names of the signatories, to the Council, the Commission and the governments of the Member States.
So far 17 EU members have signed the statement. Disclosure request document had received the signatures of the majority of the EU Parliament.
The written statement P7_DCL (2010) 0057 also indicates that the UFOs are a major safety problem and further states that in the 33rd United Nations General Assembly in 1978 it was formally recognized as well.
According to UFO disclosure request document UFO sighting data collected by the Member States could "important scientific and technological impact" entail.
Therefore urge the signatories not just "the opening of state archives on UFOs and the lifting of secrecy", but also propose the establishment of a scientific UFO observatory.

Back in 2009 in Barcelona Exopolitics summit experts had also demanded the establishment of such EU authority and called for an end to the secrecy.
Italian EU MP Mario Borghezio initiative would mean that the UFO issue at European level over again gaining momentum.

On December 18, 1978, the U.N. General Assembly adopted UNGA Decision 33/426, stating that the “General Assembly invites interested Member States to take appropriate steps to coordinate on a national level scientific research and investigation into extraterrestrial life, including unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and to inform the Secretary-General of the observations, research and evaluation of such activities.”
ReplyDeleteTo date - nearly 32 years later - the U.N. General Assembly has not taken any practical steps to implement UNGA Decision 33/426.
The European MP sponsoring the resolution appears to be a committed foe of Bilderberger and Trilateralists infiltration of the European Parliament.
Mr. Borghezio is a same guy who in November 2009 questioned the nominations of Bilderberg and Trilateral attendees and cohorts for the posts of EU President and EU foreign minister.
Mario Borghezio is the man you speak of. I googled him and found a Wikipedia page about him. After reading this I really can't take him serious about anything since he's openly racist. "On September 11, 2007, he was arrested by Belgian police for participating in protest against islamization of Europe."

ReplyDeleteAparently flying saucers are much, much faster than our crafts, they fly so fast it looks like they can be where they want. Some people feel threatened by that, even though these being have done almost noting except disable a few missiles once in a while, which to me is a good thing!
Our biggest danger is secrecy. Our governments and media hide all the important stuff. That makes us very, very disinformed. Our 'leaders' can tell us anything and we'll believe it..... Think for yourself, don't believe the hype.
Out of UFOs transparency/secrety, one should remark that this Italian MEP is openly considering himself a "nostalgic facist", with clear references to Mussolini. Not any link to the legitimacy of requesting transparency on UFOs matters. But it's just important to know who is talking
