Last Friday night a UFO was seen flying over London's Olympic stadium.The disc-shaped object is first seen entering the upper left portion of the video as the fireworks erupt over the stadium. The UFO -- which appears to have a dome or bulge rising from its center -- moves slowly across the sky as if deliberately observing the light-show spectacle below it.
While NBC Olympics -- a division of NBC Sports -- has chosen Goodyear blimps for all of its 2012 Olympics aerial coverage, the strange-looking object that appeared over the opening ceremonies doesn't appear to be a blimp.

Last month, former Ministry of Defense UFO desk officer Nick Pope suggested that a huge event like the London Olympic Games, could present itself as a prime target for otherworldly craft to show themselves to a gigantic viewing audience.

ReplyDeleteDoes anyone else notice the green field around this UFO in the 0:08 second range? It's not there at first, then when the fireworks close to it goes off, the field shows up then goes away. Almost like a defensive force field.

ReplyDeleteAlso, Rick - for that to be a defensive force field something would have had to happen to the firework (deflected, go out, just stop altogether as if it hit a wall) and none of those things took place. This is most likely a ring from the lighting on the camera and not the UFO. I agree it is definitely a UFO but extraterrestrial <-- not sure yet.

im a big believer in UFO/ET but i hate to say it but i think this is load of rubbish, a blimp. i watched the opening ceremony, didn't see anything like this.
if anyone saw anything it would of been bound to be on the news by now + there would be alot more stories, sighting from many other people.
Its frustrating to say it but think some idiot has just edited the video and placed a UFO shaped moving disc in there to keep those high expectations said previously before the Olympics begun that a UFO presence would be extremely high and to keep UFO believers happy that wow all of a sudden there's a UFO.
Unless someone can prove to me otherwise that this is legit and not a blimp
